Pricing shown for our packages is indicative rather than a fixed offer, and any engagement with Reality Alpha is governed by a separate written agreement. Descriptions of our services may change at any time without notice.

Portions of this site’s imagery and copy are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. We disclose where and how on our AI transparency page.

AI systems can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply unexpected — including fabricated details that read as authoritative but are not true. Any AI-generated or AI-assisted content on this site is provided for general information only, without warranty of accuracy, and should not be relied on as a statement of fact or as professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reality Alpha is not liable for errors, hallucinations, omissions, or unexpected outputs in AI-generated material appearing on this site or produced by any AI-assisted feature we make available, nor for any decision made or action taken in reliance on it. Where accuracy matters to you, contact us and ask a person.

You agree that you will not:

You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Client work shown on this site is displayed with permission. Client names, logos, and brands remain the property of their respective owners.

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you warrant that you have the right to share what you send, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you, treat what you send as non-confidential — so please do not send trade secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal information through the form.

We do not use your submissions to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, and we do not sell or license them to anyone. What you send is stored in our customer relationship management system for one purpose: so that a person at Reality Alpha can respond to your inquiry and, if it goes further, work with you. We may use AI-assisted tools in the ordinary course of preparing our response to you. Our Privacy Policy sets out in full what we collect and how to have it deleted.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about our work unprompted, you agree we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

This site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party site, and a link is not an endorsement.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
